About Us
The Ladder Allotment Company LTD was established in March 2009. The family business is based in
Surrey run by husband and wife, Nigel and Ingrid.
The
beginning
The company was created when Ingrid and
Nigel wanted to grow fruit and vegetables but had limited garden space and were unable to secure a local allotment. Nigel,
a carpenter by trade, designed the Ladder Allotment solving their problem and providing them with fresh fruit and vegetables
as well as keeping it free from gardens pests.

When ever possible to employ people in order to gain work experience at a decent
wage level
Minimal waste, any waste materials i.e off cutts not suitable for the 'Ladder Allotments' are
used to construct our raised beds which are sold at VERY low prices
